Status: Effective. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Resolution of the State Standard No. 4646 dated 01.01.90
The standard applies to deck and side gates for mooring devices used on surface ships, ships and craft. The standard does not apply to hawses used on special speedboats and ships with dynamic principles of maintenance.
